Como todos los a\u00f1os, frente al busto que perpetua la memoria del gran maestro argentino, se desarroll\u00f3 el acto por el D\u00eda del Maestro en Tornquist, con la presencia de abanderados de distintos establecimientos educativos, autoridades municipales y de educaci\u00f3n y docentes de los distintos niveles de la ense\u00f1anza.
\nLa profesora Ver\u00f3nica Folco, Directora de la Escuela Primaria N\u00ba28, se refiri\u00f3 al mencionado acontecimiento. Seguidamente destac\u00f3 la labor docente la Inspectora Jefe Distrital Sra. Dina Balma y una alumna de la Escuela N\u00ba 1DFS. ley\u00f3 una poesia dedicada a Sarmiento.
\nEl Municipio de Tornquist\u00b4, en nombre de toda la comunidad, brind\u00f3 el merecido reconocimiento a las docentes que cumplieron 25 a\u00f1os al servicio de la educaci\u00f3n, haceindo entrega de una medalla, al tiempo que el Consejo Escolar hizo entrega de un presente a cada uno.
\nRecibieron la mencionada distinci\u00f3n: Mar\u00eda Alejandra Conte, Leticia Vazquez, Elba HUber ( lo recibi\u00f3 su hija Agostina Ferace), Adriana Mulvihill, Aurora Polac, Mar\u00eda Graciela Musso, Miriam Muzi, Gabriela Antivero, Patria Baptista, Paloma C\u00e1rdenas, Gustavo Bucle, Ana Claudia Dominguez, Sonia Marisa Casalini y M\u00f3nica Ivana Ruiz.
