{"id":18828,"date":"2014-03-22T16:29:01","date_gmt":"2014-03-22T16:29:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tvcnoticias.com.ar\/?p=18828"},"modified":"2014-03-22T16:29:01","modified_gmt":"2014-03-22T16:29:01","slug":"los-docentes-de-gestion-privada-brindan-su-opinion-respecto-a-los-reclamos-gremiales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/index.php\/2014\/03\/22\/los-docentes-de-gestion-privada-brindan-su-opinion-respecto-a-los-reclamos-gremiales\/","title":{"rendered":"LOS DOCENTES DE GESTION PRIVADA BRINDAN SU OPINION RESPECTO A LOS RECLAMOS GREMIALES"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>\n<div>COMUNICADO DE PRENSA<\/div>\n<div>ATENTOS A LOS ACONTECIMIENTOS QUE VIVIMOS EN ESTOS DIAS VINCULADOS A LA NEGOCIACI\u00d3N PARITARIA SALARIAL DOCENTE, LOS DOCENTES DEL NIVEL SECUNDARIO DEL COLEGIO PUBLICO DE GESTI\u00d3N PRIVADA NUESTRA SE\u00d1ORA DE LUJAN CREEMOS NECESARIO COMPARTIR ALGUNAS IMPRESIONES.<\/div>\n<div>A)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Los docentes podemos tener la representaci\u00f3n gremial que uno elija a conciencia y adem\u00e1s ante una medida de fuerza tambi\u00e9n podemos adoptar diferentes conductas, esto es parte de nuestra libertad personal. Ahora bien, estando en curso un conflicto gremial de las caracter\u00edsticas actuales, el sector docente de escuelas de gesti\u00f3n privada se encuentra representado por el SADOP (sindicato argentino de docentes privados) entidad que forma parte del frente gremial docente y que acat\u00f3 la conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria establecida por el gobierno nacional y provincial \u00a0como tambi\u00e9n lo hicieron, AMET Y UDA.<\/div>\n<div>B)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A los docentes de escuelas privadas adem\u00e1s del estatuto del docente y sus concordantes, nos regula en la relaci\u00f3n laboral, otros marcos legales que hacen diferente nuestro trabajo y desarrollo profesional.<\/div>\n<div>C)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Como comunidad educativa podemos y vamos a realizar tareas que acompa\u00f1en el reclamo pero sin acciones directas,\u00a0en funci\u00f3n de lo antes expuesto<\/div>\n<div>D)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Finalmente, queremos aclarar que estamos convencido que la EDUCACION, junto a otros temas como la Salud y el Trabajo, son la llave de la sociedad para un futuro promisorio, que deben ser prioridad n\u00famero uno en la agenda pol\u00edtica de todos los gobiernos.
