{"id":22176,"date":"2014-07-23T19:14:42","date_gmt":"2014-07-23T19:14:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tvcnoticias.com.ar\/?p=22176"},"modified":"2014-07-23T19:14:42","modified_gmt":"2014-07-23T19:14:42","slug":"notorio-avance-en-la-construccion-de-un-barrio-de-viviendas-en-tornquist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/index.php\/2014\/07\/23\/notorio-avance-en-la-construccion-de-un-barrio-de-viviendas-en-tornquist\/","title":{"rendered":"NOTORIO AVANCE EN LA CONSTRUCCION DE UN BARRIO DE VIVIENDAS EN TORNQUIST"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-22186\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tvcnoticias.com.ar\/?attachment_id=22186\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-22186\" title=\"DSCN6008 (1280x960) (Medium)\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tvcnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/DSCN6008-1280x960-Medium-450x337.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"337\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nCon el objetivo de comprobar el avance en la construcci\u00f3n de las 30 viviendas pertenecientes al Plan Plurianual Reconvertido que se est\u00e1n ejecutando en la ciudad cabecera del distrito, el intendente municipal, licenciado Gustavo Trankels, realiz\u00f3 una recorrida por el lugar.<br \/>\nAcompa\u00f1ado por la secretaria de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos, arquitecta Anabella Madue\u00f1a, el jefe comunal visit\u00f3 el barrio, que presenta un importante grado de avance en general.<br \/>\n\u201cEl cambio es notable desde la recorrida que realizamos con Pablo Sarlo, quien conduce el Instituto de la Vivienda provincial. En ese momento se tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de retomar, a trav\u00e9s de la administraci\u00f3n municipal, la construcci\u00f3n de las viviendas y los resultados est\u00e1n a la vista, con una gran cantidad de gente perteneciente a distintos rubros trabajando en el lugar\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el intendente Trankels.<br \/>\nDe manera paralela al trabajo que se encuentran realizando alba\u00f1iles, colocadores de placas de yeso para cielorraso y electricistas, entre otros rubros, se est\u00e1 realizando la construcci\u00f3n del cord\u00f3n cuneta, debido a que el barrio se entregar\u00e1 con todos los servicios disponibles.<br \/>\n\u201cEn cuanto al tema legal, se certific\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n a la que se hab\u00eda llegado con la empresa, que present\u00f3 quiebra. Eso fue inspeccionado y certificado por escribanos y los propios inspectores del Instituto de la Vivienda, lo que nos permiti\u00f3 avanzar administrativamente en esta etapa, que se ejecuta por intermedio del Municipio y con gente local. Esto demanda mucho trabajo de la Secretar\u00eda de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos\u201d, recalc\u00f3 y record\u00f3 que dos de las casas se encuentran adaptadas para personas con discapacidad.<br \/>\n\u201cEstamos muy entusiasmados. Compramos las tierras, trabajamos en su regularizaci\u00f3n y luego en la instalaci\u00f3n de los servicios, como asfalto en una de las cuadras y cord\u00f3n cuneta en todo el sector, adem\u00e1s se traer la red de agua, la red cloacal y la red de gas natural. Las expectativas son much\u00edsimas. Lo estamos realizando con mucho esfuerzo y se puede apreciar la cantidad de gente que se encuentra trabajando en pos de ese objetivo\u201d, consider\u00f3.<br \/>\nEl intendente Trankels record\u00f3 que la inscripci\u00f3n para poder participar del sorteo que determinar\u00e1 los adjudicatarios se realizar\u00e1 cuando la construcci\u00f3n se encuentre pr\u00e1cticamente finalizada.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, agradeci\u00f3 el compromiso y el apoyo brindado por el ministro de Infraestructura, Alejandro Arl\u00eda, y el administrador del Instituto de la Vivienda, Pablo Sarlo, y destac\u00f3 el trabajo de Anabella Madue\u00f1a, el equipo de la secretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas y los trabajadores que se encuentran interviniendo en el lugar.<br \/>\nFinalmente, destac\u00f3 que el financiamiento de la obra se realiza por intermedio del gobierno nacional (a trav\u00e9s de Anses), la Provincia (por el Instituto de la Vivienda) y el propio Municipio.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el objetivo de comprobar el avance en la construcci\u00f3n de las 30 viviendas pertenecientes al Plan Plurianual Reconvertido que se est\u00e1n ejecutando en la ciudad cabecera del distrito, el intendente municipal, licenciado Gustavo Trankels, realiz\u00f3 una recorrida por el lugar.
