Irigoyen N\u00ba 1735 de Punta Alta, que circulaba en una pick-up marca Ford F-100,\u00a0Patente VBL-721, por carecer los mismos de la revisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica obligatoria, de seguro, de elementos de emergencia y no llevar colocados los correajes de seguridad, motivo por el cual se les labro una \u201c<strong>INFRACCION AL ARTICULO 34 Y AL ARTICULO 40 INC. \u201cC\u201d, \u201cF\u201d,\u00a0 \u201cG\u201d Y \u201cK\u201d DE LA LEY 24.449<\/strong>\u201d, con intervenci\u00f3n del Juzgado de Faltas de Coronel Rosales.-<strong> <\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nEl <strong>Comando de Prevenci\u00f3n Rural Patagones<\/strong>, en operativo llevado a cabo en la Ruta Nacional 3 a la altura km 961, juntamente con personal de Seguridad Vial de Patagones, procedieron a realizar infracciones de tr\u00e1nsito a <strong>MARIELA LEPIANTE<\/strong> (34), domiciliada en calle Fournier N\u00ba 283 de Carmen de Patagones, que circulaba en una motocicleta marca Motomel, Patente 735-HYU, por falta de seguro, por lo se labr\u00f3 una \u201c<strong>INFRACCION AL ARTICULO 40 INC.\u201dC\u201d DE LA LEY 24.449<\/strong>\u201d; a <strong>NADIA ELIZABET VAZQUEZ<\/strong> (26), domiciliada en calle Dorrego N\u00ba 1.603 de Viedma, Provincia de Rio Negro, conductora de un Chevrolet Corsa, Dominio GYP-692, la que no llevaba colocado el cintur\u00f3n de seguridad, por lo se labr\u00f3 una \u201c<strong>INFRACCION AL ARTICULO 40 INC.\u201dK\u201d DE LA LEY 24.449<\/strong>\u201d y a <strong>MARCOS ELIAS MANTEROLA<\/strong> (32) a\u00f1os de edad, domiciliado en Barrio 20 de Junio de Viedma, Provincia de Rio Negro, que transitaba en un Renault 12, Patente IIG-419, por lo se labr\u00f3 una \u201c<strong>INFRACCION AL ARTICULO 34 DE LA LEY 24.449<\/strong>\u201d, todas con intervenci\u00f3n del Juzgado de Faltas de Carmen de Patagones.-<br \/>\nAsimismo se hace constar que el <strong>Comando de Prevenci\u00f3n Rural Patagones<\/strong>, viene realizando operativos selectivos, en distintos d\u00edas y horarios, de prevenci\u00f3n y control en Ruta Nacional 3, en conjunto con personal de Seguridad Vial, observando y controlando los camiones de hacienda en pie que se traslada a distintos lugares, asimismo se controla a camionetas, combis u otro veh\u00edculos que pueda llegar a transportar carne faenada, embutidos etc., como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n se mantiene controles en entrada de caminos vecinales a los campos que corresponde a la extensa jurisdicci\u00f3n del partido de Patagones.-<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nEl <strong>Comando de Prevenci\u00f3n Rural Tornquist<\/strong>, juntamente con el Inspector de Bromatolog\u00eda <strong>EDUARDO BONIFACICH<\/strong>, perteneciente a la Municipalidad de Tornquist, procedieron a realizar inspecciones en Sierra de la Ventana, a las carnicer\u00edas \u201cAutoservicio MELIN\u201d, propiedad de <strong>ROBERTO MEDRANO<\/strong>, emplazada en Av. San Martin y Malvinas, \u201cAutoservicio LA NUEVA ESTRELLA\u201d propiedad de <strong>ROBERTO DUBE<\/strong>,<br \/>\nubicada en Av. San Martin, y de all\u00ed se prosigui\u00f3 en Saldungaray, en carnicer\u00eda propiedad de <strong>JOSE MARIA ESMOLI<\/strong>, sita en Pellegrini N\u00b0 146 y por ultimo Carnicer\u00eda \u201cEL OCHO\u201d propiedad de <strong>MARIA FERNANDA CIAVA<\/strong>, situada en calle Belgrano n\u00b0 286, donde no se constataron infracciones de salubridad, asimismo se controlo que las carnes posean sus correspondientes sellos de inspecci\u00f3n veterinaria y que el personal posea sus libretas sanitarias sobre manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos.-<br \/>\nAsimismo en el camino vecinal de Nueva Roma, se labr\u00f3 infracci\u00f3n a <strong>JAVIER PAV\u00d3N<\/strong>, domiciliado en Ruta Nacional 33 km 48 de Tornquist, conductor de camioneta Chevrolet S10 Dominio FRE-594, a quien se le requiri\u00f3 documentaci\u00f3n vehicular, constat\u00e1ndose que no pose\u00eda seguro obligatorio para circular, labr\u00e1ndose una \u201c<strong>INFRACCION ART. 68 DE LA LEY 24.449<\/strong>\u201d, por lo cual se le procedi\u00f3 a la retenci\u00f3n preventiva del rodado en cuesti\u00f3n, tomando intervenci\u00f3n el Juzgado de Faltas de Tornquist.-<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">COORD.
