Por ello se instruyeron actuaciones por INFRACCION A LA LEY NACIONAL DE ESTUPEFACIENTES N\u00ba 23.737, interviniendo la Ayudant\u00eda de Estupefaciente.-<br \/>\n Tambi\u00e9n el 24 del corriente, 05:30 horas, personal de esta Dependencia policial, procedi\u00f3 a la APREHENSION del ciudadano ENZO NICOLAS LATINI, oriundo de este medio, por DESOBEDIENCIA, quien circulara en una camioneta marca FORD F-100, dominio WOQ-028, propiedad de \u00e9ste, de forma zigzagueante y peligrosa por la Avenida Belgrano y COLISIONANDO CON UN VEHICULO ESTACIONADO, propiedad del ciudadano LUCAS BRAUN. Latini al notar la presencia policial, se baja de su rodado e intenta irse caminando desobedeciendo en todo momento las ordenes de la polic\u00eda, por lo que se procedi\u00f3 a su aprehensi\u00f3n d\u00e1ndosele intervenci\u00f3n a la Unidad Funcional de Instrucci\u00f3n y Juicio Numero 15 de Flagrancia del Departamento Judicial de Bah\u00eda Blanca.
