Desde el 1 de julio, reemplaza al Dr. Leandro Picado, quien dej\u00f3 el cargo para asumir como Juez Federal en Bah\u00eda Blanca.<br \/>\nMui\u00f1os es un abogado de Bah\u00eda Blanca que viene de trabajar junto a Picado en un estudio en el \u00e1mbito privado. Adem\u00e1s, es docente en la Universidad Nacional del Sur y en la Universidad Salesiana.<br \/>\n\u201cMe desempe\u00f1\u00e9 siempre como abogado particular y este es un gran desaf\u00edo para m\u00ed\u201d, expres\u00f3. \u201cTrabaj\u00e9 mucho en derecho laboral y con compa\u00f1\u00edas de seguro.
