{"id":46508,"date":"2020-01-02T12:25:25","date_gmt":"2020-01-02T12:25:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/?p=46508"},"modified":"2020-01-02T12:25:25","modified_gmt":"2020-01-02T12:25:25","slug":"46508","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/index.php\/2020\/01\/02\/46508\/","title":{"rendered":"HCD.: Se realiza hoy la Asamblea de Mayores Contribuyentes para el tratamiento del C\u00f3digo Tributario Municipal 2020."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>DECRETO N\u00ba 18\/19<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las facultades otorgadas al Presidente del Honorable Concejo Deliberante por el Art\u00edculo 98\u00ba de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de las Municipalidades, y;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que el mencionado Art\u00edculo establece la obligatoriedad para quien suscribe, de convocar a los Sres. Concejales y a los Mayores Contribuyentes a constituirse en\u00a0\u00a0Asamblea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que conforme las disposiciones del Art\u00edculo 29\u00ba, inciso 2) de la citada norma, este Cuerpo Deliberativo ha sancionado la Ordenanza Preparatoria N\u00ba 3188\/19 (Expte. N\u00ba 231\/19, caratulado: \u201cD.E.- C\u00f3digo Tributario Municipal 2020)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que en el cumplimiento de los plazos y los procedimientos previstos, corresponde determinar la fecha de constituci\u00f3n de la Asamblea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>POR ELLO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>EL PRESIDENTE DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>en uso de sus facultades,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>D E C R E T A:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Conv\u00f3case a los Sres. Concejales y a los Mayores Contribuyentes\u00a0\u00a0integrantes de la Lista conformada por Decreto N\u00b0 654\/19 del Departamento Ejecutivo, a constituirse en Asamblea.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Fijase la Convocatoria, para el d\u00eda 02 de Enero de 2020 a la hora: 19:00.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 3\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0El Orden del D\u00eda de la Asamblea, estar\u00e1 conformado por el siguiente tema:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>#Expte.\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>N\u00ba 231\/19:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0D.E. \u2013\u00a0C\u00f3digo Tributario Municipal 2020.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 4\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Notif\u00edquese el presente a los Mayores Contribuyentes en sus domicilios; Comun\u00edquese a los Sres.
