{"id":47114,"date":"2020-02-11T13:02:29","date_gmt":"2020-02-11T13:02:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/?p=47114"},"modified":"2020-02-11T13:02:29","modified_gmt":"2020-02-11T13:02:29","slug":"arba-extendio-hasta-el-5-de-marzo-el-vencimiento-del-impuesto-inmobiliario-urbano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/index.php\/2020\/02\/11\/arba-extendio-hasta-el-5-de-marzo-el-vencimiento-del-impuesto-inmobiliario-urbano\/","title":{"rendered":"ARBA EXTENDI\u00d3 HASTA EL 5 DE MARZO EL VENCIMIENTO DEL IMPUESTO INMOBILIARIO URBANO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Para que los contribuyentes puedan acceder a descuentos por pago anual<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARBA EXTENDI\u00d3 HASTA EL 5 DE MARZO EL VENCIMIENTO DEL IMPUESTO INMOBILIARIO URBANO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>Agencia de Recaudaci\u00f3n de la provincia de Buenos Aires<\/strong>\u00a0extendi\u00f3 hasta el 5 de marzo pr\u00f3ximo el vencimiento de la primera cuota y pago anual del Impuesto Inmobiliario Urbano, tanto en la planta edificada como bald\u00eda, seg\u00fan se publica hoy en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El plazo original estaba previsto para el 27 de febrero, pero el organismo decidi\u00f3 prorrogarlo para garantizar a los contribuyentes la posibilidad de cumplir en tiempo y forma, obteniendo descuentos que pueden llegar hasta el 25% por pago anual.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para acceder a la liquidaci\u00f3n del Inmobiliario Urbano, que ya est\u00e1 disponible, hay que ingresar a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.arba.gob.ar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/www.arba.gob.ar&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1581512133154000&amp;usg=AFQjCNG0DG_Px2qT_THIBOp3w7QgDmOoyA\">www.arba.gob.ar<\/a>\u00a0y hacer clic en el bot\u00f3n \u201cPagar\u201d. Una vez completado el n\u00famero de partida, se visualiza el importe y debe elegirse una opci\u00f3n de pago.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El sistema permite descargar la boleta para abonarla en efectivo, obtener el c\u00f3digo para cumplir de forma electr\u00f3nica o pagar con tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito desde la propia web de\u00a0<strong>ARBA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo al calendario fiscal 2020, los pr\u00f3ximos vencimientos del Inmobiliario Urbano operar\u00e1n en abril, junio, agosto y octubre.
