En el comunicado se manifiesta en su primer p\u00e1rrafo su rechazo a\u00a0 \u201c(\u2026) la concesi\u00f3n de prisiones domiciliarias masivas avaladas tanto por el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional como por el Poder Ejecutivo Bonaerense.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Queremos aclarar que s\u00f3lo los Jueces y Fiscales intervienen en el encarcelamiento y el excarcelamiento de las personas, que\u00a0 ni el Gobernador ni el Presidente posee dichas facultades. Citamos lo dicho por el Presidente de la Naci\u00f3n al respecto \u201cEn Argentina la soluci\u00f3n del problema est\u00e1 en manos de los tribunales.
