{"id":57461,"date":"2021-05-03T13:44:27","date_gmt":"2021-05-03T13:44:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/?p=57461"},"modified":"2021-05-03T13:44:27","modified_gmt":"2021-05-03T13:44:27","slug":"medioambiente-el-opds-multo-a-26-empresas-de-agroquimicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/index.php\/2021\/05\/03\/medioambiente-el-opds-multo-a-26-empresas-de-agroquimicos\/","title":{"rendered":"MEDIOAMBIENTE: El OPDS mult\u00f3 a 26 empresas de agroqu\u00edmicos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>La medida se adopt\u00f3 por no cumplir con las medidas para recolectar los envases donde se venden los productos fertilizantes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El director ejecutivo del Organismo Provincial para el Desarrollo Sostenible (OPDS), Juan Brardinelli, indic\u00f3 que se sancion\u00f3 a 26 empresas multinacionales agroqu\u00edmicas por un monto de $783 millones y destac\u00f3 que es &#8220;la pena ambiental m\u00e1s grande que se haya impuesto en Argentina\u201d.<br>En declaraciones a Siete Colores por FM 97 Une asegur\u00f3 que la medida se impone a partir de las \u201clas declaraciones juradas que se presentan en el organismo\u201d que indican que de \u201c13 millones de envases de agroqu\u00edmicos utilizados s\u00f3lo se recuper\u00f3 un mill\u00f3n\u201d.<br>Brardinelli explic\u00f3 que los envases pl\u00e1sticos donde se venden los agroqu\u00edmicos deben ser recolectados y deben tener un tratamiento especial porque son altamente t\u00f3xicos para el contacto con los humanos y contaminantes para el ambiente.<br>Indic\u00f3 que los recipientes que no son recolectados \u201cquedan diseminados en el campo. Terminan quemados, enterrados, en los mares o se reutilizan sin control para trasportar otras sustancias\u201d.<br>Admiti\u00f3 que \u201cno hay un sistema de recolecci\u00f3n eficaz y eficiente\u201d y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las empresas \u201clo que plantean son los tiempos pero en todo el mundo las normas se respetan y aqu\u00ed lo que buscan son los vericuetos legales\u201d.<br>Brardinelli destac\u00f3 que \u201cestamos trabajando para habilitar m\u00e1s centros de almacenamiento temporal\u201d y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las empresas sancionados han dicho que&nbsp; van a apelar la medida\u201d.&nbsp;<br>\u201cNo estamos de acuerdo, pero est\u00e1n en su derecho.
