{"id":58678,"date":"2021-07-05T19:42:47","date_gmt":"2021-07-05T19:42:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/?p=58678"},"modified":"2021-07-05T19:42:47","modified_gmt":"2021-07-05T19:42:47","slug":"jorge-canolik-30-anos-de-resultado-negativo-en-el-transporte-ferroviario-de-cargas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/index.php\/2021\/07\/05\/jorge-canolik-30-anos-de-resultado-negativo-en-el-transporte-ferroviario-de-cargas\/","title":{"rendered":"Jorge Canolik: &#8220;30 a\u00f1os de resultado negativo en el transporte ferroviario de cargas&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el reciente dictamen de la COMISI\u00d3N ESPECIAL DE RENEGOCIACI\u00d3N DE CONTRATOS, creada por Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 139 de fecha 12 de junio de 2020 del MINISTERIO DE TRANSPORTE, \u201c\u2026las concesiones ferroviarias de cargas arrojan, al cabo de casi 30 a\u00f1os, un balance negativo en t\u00e9rminos de estado de la infraestructura (velocidad y ramales perdidos), \u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CONCESIONES SUBSIDIADAS<br>Seg\u00fan el Dictamen \u201cel balance es negativo\u201d para el Ministerio de Transporte en estas concesiones de operaci\u00f3n de cargas, concesiones que en esos a\u00f1os fueron otorgadas argumentando la b\u00fasqueda de eficiencia, saneamiento de la econom\u00eda y redimensionamiento por parte del mismo Estado.
