{"id":62035,"date":"2021-11-29T12:44:16","date_gmt":"2021-11-29T12:44:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/?p=62035"},"modified":"2021-11-29T12:44:16","modified_gmt":"2021-11-29T12:44:16","slug":"familias-de-tornquist-firmaran-las-escrituras-de-sus-viviendas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/index.php\/2021\/11\/29\/familias-de-tornquist-firmaran-las-escrituras-de-sus-viviendas\/","title":{"rendered":"Familias de Tornquist firmar\u00e1n las escrituras de sus viviendas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el marco del programa&nbsp;<strong>\u201cMi escritura, mi casa\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;implementado por el gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires, un total de 52 familias del municipio de Tornquist firmar\u00e1n sus t\u00edtulos de propiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jornada de escrituraci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 el martes 30 de noviembre,&nbsp;a las 10 hrs, en el museo&nbsp;&#8220;Casa de la Historia&#8221;,&nbsp;ubicado en la calle General Paz N 63.&nbsp;Las familias deber\u00e1n llevar DNI, fotocopia del DNI y CUIL, sentencia de divorcio y poder (en caso de ser necesario).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que las familias participantes iniciaron sus expedientes a trav\u00e9s de la oficina de Tierras del municipio y posteriormente fueron remitidos a la Escriban\u00eda General de Gobierno, donde se est\u00e1n gestionando sus escrituras de forma totalmente gratuita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plan&nbsp;<strong>\u201cMI ESCRITURA, MI CASA\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;se implement\u00f3 a principios del a\u00f1o 2020 por decisi\u00f3n del Gobernador de la Provincia de Buenos Aires&nbsp;<strong>Axel Kicillof<\/strong>, y se lleva adelante a trav\u00e9s de la&nbsp;<strong>Escriban\u00eda General de Gobierno<\/strong>, dependiente del&nbsp;<strong>Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este programa, el Estado provincial tiene como objetivo brindarles a aquellas familias bonaerenses de menores recursos, la posibilidad de titularizar su vivienda, garantiz\u00e1ndole de esta manera el acceso a ese derecho universal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n o acceso a los requisitos deber\u00e1 ingresar en:\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gba.gob.ar\/escribaniageneral\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.gba.gob.ar\/escribaniageneral<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"925\" height=\"618\" src=\"http:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/escrituras.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-62036\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/escrituras.jpg 925w, https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/escrituras-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/escrituras-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/escrituras-750x501.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 925px) 100vw, 925px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco del programa&nbsp;\u201cMi escritura, mi casa\u201d&nbsp;implementado por el gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires, un total de 52 familias del municipio de Tornquist firmar\u00e1n sus t\u00edtulos de propiedad.
