{"id":68717,"date":"2022-08-24T02:08:41","date_gmt":"2022-08-24T02:08:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/?p=68717"},"modified":"2022-08-24T02:08:41","modified_gmt":"2022-08-24T02:08:41","slug":"hcd-por-mayoria-no-se-aprobo-la-cesion-de-tierras-al-sindicato-de-trabajadores-municipales-videos-y-fotos-de-celttv-noticias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/08\/24\/hcd-por-mayoria-no-se-aprobo-la-cesion-de-tierras-al-sindicato-de-trabajadores-municipales-videos-y-fotos-de-celttv-noticias\/","title":{"rendered":"Cesi\u00f3n de tierras al Sindicato Municipal: Juntos considera insuficiente la informaci\u00f3n enviada por el Ejecutivo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Con los votos de los seis concejales de Juntos, sumado el voto doble de la presidencia; el HCD. decidi\u00f3, por mayor\u00eda, no aprobar el expediente 235\/22 donde la comisi\u00f3n directiva del Sindicato de Trabajadores Municipales solicitaba la cesi\u00f3n de derecho de tierras municipales que forman parte de los terrenos adquiridos por el Municipio en el sector sur de la ciudad de Tornquist.<br \/>\nVotaron a favor los cinco ediles del Frente de Todos y la concejal de Acci\u00f3n por Tornquist.<br \/>\nLos concejales de Juntos consideran en su dictamen la necesidad de contar con la informaci\u00f3n requerida en nota enviada al Departamento Ejecutivo el d\u00eda de la fecha,\u00a0 23 de agosto de 2022, manifestando que es imprescindible recibir por escrito la misma para que conste en el expediente y dar curso\u00a0 al mismo.<br \/>\nConcluida la sesi\u00f3n, varios trabajadores municipales que se encontraban expectantes en la barra, reclamaron a los ediles interpretando que en la reuni\u00f3n previa realizada el d\u00eda lunes con la presencia del Intendente Municipal, miembros del ejecutivo, concejales y donde estaba representado el propio Sindicato, se hab\u00edan evacuado todas las dudas al respecto.<br \/>\nAprueban convenio entre Vialidad y el Municipio<br \/>\nPor unanimidad el cuerpo deliberativo aprob\u00f3 el expte. N\u00ba011\/22. incluido para el tratamiento en esta sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, convalidando el convenio especifico celebrado entre la Direcci\u00f3n de Vialidad de la Provincia de Buenos Aires y el
