COMANDO DE PREVENCION RURAL DE TORNQUIST<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Lleva a conocimiento de la Poblaci\u00f3n que en la fecha 24 de Agosto del corriente, Personal Comando de Prevenci\u00f3n Rural Tornquist realizo<\/span><\/span><\/span>, <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>en el marco de causa IPP 18031\/22, de tr\u00e1mite por ante Juzgado de Garant\u00edas Nro. 4 y UFIJ Nro. 20, del Departamento Judicial de Bah\u00eda Blanca, seguida al ciudadano Pablo V\u00e1zquez, se realiz\u00f3 en la finca de la calle <\/span><\/span><\/span>Combatientes de Malvinas s\/n<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span> ALLANAMIENTO Y SECUESTRO<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>, (un) CELULAR MARCA SAMSUNG A10, 1 (una) BALANZA MARCA \u201cSTARVISION\u201d Y LA TOTALIDAD DE 28 KG DE CARNE SIN ROTULO NI SELLO, por INFRACCION A LA LEY DE POLICIA SANITARIA, ARTICULO 206 C\u00f3digo Penal. en este mismo procedimiento personal de la Municipalidad de Tornquist, \u00c1rea Bromatolog\u00eda realizo <\/span><\/span><\/span>INFRACCI\u00d3N <\/span><\/span><\/span> por el <\/span><\/span><\/span>Art 6 Bis. Ley 18.284 Decreto 2126\/71 a V\u00e1zquez, (Falta de sellos en carne), posterior destrucci\u00f3n en virtud de no hallarse apta para consumo humano.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n se realiz\u00f3<\/span><\/span><\/span> ALLANAMIENTO Y SECUESTRO, <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>en el marco de causa IPP 13753\/22, de tr\u00e1mite por ante Juzgado de Paz partido de Tornquist; UFIJ N\u00b0 12 y Ayudant\u00eda Fiscal de Tornquist, en el <\/span><\/span><\/span>Establecimiento rural \u201cCERRO COLORADO\u201d, Cuartel VII, de este Partido de Tornquist., denunciante <\/span><\/span><\/span>HERNANDEZ HECTOR OSVALDO, <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>en el cual se realiz\u00f3 rodeo, posterior pelaje a los fines de constatar \u201cMarca\u201d de la hacienda. Se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro de<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b>43 vacas; 12 terneras y 12 terneros, los cuales fueron entregados a su propietario el se\u00f1or Hern\u00e1ndez, por disposici\u00f3n del Juzgado interviniente.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
