San Mart\u00edn. Se hicieron presentes m\u00e1s de diez funcionarios municipales, adem\u00e1s del Defensor del Pueblo. Los vecinos piden expropiar tierras para hacer un gran espacio verde. La situaci\u00f3n actual y los pasos a seguir.<\/p>\n<p>Convocada por vecinos se dio una significativa reuni\u00f3n en Saldungaray, la cual por la tem\u00e1tica abordada y el n\u00famero m\u00e1s que significativo de funcionarios municipales que se hicieron presentes, quedar\u00e1 en el imaginario popular como una de las m\u00e1s importantes en la centenaria historia de la localidad.<\/p>\n<p>Este grupo de habitantes sostiene una idea clara y concreta, y as\u00ed la hicieron saber: expropiar todas las tierras que lindan con el r\u00edo, en un espacio de unas 8 a 10 hect\u00e1reas, y all\u00ed establecer un espacio verde con senderos y actividades recreativas.<\/p>\n<p>Para comentar esta idea hicieron uso de la palabra Nora G\u00f3mez y Sonia Far\u00edas; ante la atenta mirada de los presentes, incluido el Defensor Oficial Jos\u00e9 Corbatta, el cual en un par de ocasiones fue consultado sobre cuestiones t\u00e9cnicas.<\/p>\n<p>El c\u00f3nclave se extendi\u00f3 por m\u00e1s de tres horas, y en su intervenci\u00f3n el intendente Sergio Bordoni coment\u00f3 dos acciones espec\u00edficas: por un lado, pedir la situaci\u00f3n nominal de cada propiedad. Por el otro, solicitar a Catastro las medidas reales de los terrenos.<\/p>\n<p>Este \u00faltimo punto, debido a que en 1978 se dio una serie de actualizaciones de leyes, entre las que se puso en vigencia el espacio de 15 metros entre la vera del r\u00edo y el fondo del terreno m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximo. Previo a ese a\u00f1o, dicha finalizaci\u00f3n se establec\u00eda en el punto medio del espejo de agua.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los dem\u00e1s funcionarios que se acercaron a la localidad estuvieron el Secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Bruno P\u00e1ez, el titular del \u00e1rea de Legal y T\u00e9cnica, Andr\u00e9s Bruschi, el delegado Gerardo Guillermo Rohlmann y los ediles Sandra Kifer, Sebasti\u00e1n Bassi, Marcela Gim\u00e9nez, Roc\u00edo V\u00e1zquez, Mar\u00eda Romero, Viviana Montibeller, Beatriz D\u00edaz y Juan Manuel Marzialetti;
