<strong>Tenencia Responsable de Mascotas en el Distrito de Tornquist.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tornquist, 05 de septiembre de 2024.-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Ley Provincial N\u00b0 14107 &#8211; <strong><em>Registro de Propietarios de Perros Potencialmente Peligrosos de la Provincia de Buenos Aires<\/em><\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p>La Ordenanza Municipal N\u00b0 3259\/20 &#8211; <strong><em>Tenencia Responsable de Mascotas en el Distrito de Tornquist<\/em><\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p>La Resoluci\u00f3n Municipal N\u00b0 80\/22 \u2013 <strong><em>Instrumentaci\u00f3n del Registro mencionado en el Art. 3 de la Ordenanza Municipal N\u00b0 3259\/20<\/em><\/strong>, y;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>CONSIDERANDO: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Que pese a las reglamentaciones vigentes se siguen suscitando episodios traum\u00e1ticos que involucran a propietarios y\/o tenedores de mascotas y vecinos;<\/p>\n<p>Que es imprescindible para una sana convivencia que las normas se difundan, se cumplan y el Estado Municipal sea el garante de dicho cumplimiento;<\/p>\n<p>Que la problem\u00e1tica de las mascotas sin control en espacios p\u00fablicos se agrava y expone a los vecinos a eventos de mayor peligrosidad;<\/p>\n<p>Que corresponde al Estado redoblar el esfuerzo por lograr una sana convivencia;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por ello:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>LOS BLOQUES DE JUNTOS Y JUNTOS POR EL CAMBIO<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>PROPONEN LA SIGUIENTE MINUTA DE COMUNICACI\u00d3N<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00b0:<\/u><\/strong>Exhortar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a realizar una campa\u00f1a de difusi\u00f3n masiva en referencia a la normativa vigente sobre tenencia responsable de mascotas.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 2\u00b0: <\/u><\/strong>Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal que a trav\u00e9s del \u00e1rea de Zoonosis y Bromatolog\u00eda incremente los controles instando a los propietarios al cumplimiento de la norma.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 3<\/u><\/strong>\u00b0: Instar al Departamento Ejecutivo a qued\u00e9 cumplimiento al Art. 3 de la Ordenanza Municipal N\u00b0 3259\/20.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 4\u00b0:<\/u><\/strong> De forma.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-85931 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/MINUTA-DE-COMUNICACION-TENENCIA-RESPONSABLE-DE-MASCOTAS.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"940\" height=\"788\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/MINUTA-DE-COMUNICACION-TENENCIA-RESPONSABLE-DE-MASCOTAS.png 940w, https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/MINUTA-DE-COMUNICACION-TENENCIA-RESPONSABLE-DE-MASCOTAS-300x251.png 300w, https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/MINUTA-DE-COMUNICACION-TENENCIA-RESPONSABLE-DE-MASCOTAS-768x644.png 768w, https:\/\/www.celttv.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/MINUTA-DE-COMUNICACION-TENENCIA-RESPONSABLE-DE-MASCOTAS-750x629.png 750w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TENENCIA RESPONSABLE DE MASCOTAS\u00a0 Frente a episodios traum\u00e1ticos que involucran a propietarios y\/o tenedores de mascota y vecinos, presentamos Minuta de Comunicaci\u00f3n exhortando al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a realizar una campa\u00f1a de difusi\u00f3n masiva en referencia a la normativa vigente sobre tenencia responsable de mascotas.
